Dr. Julie Klein
Dr. Julie Klein was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She completed her Bachelor’sof Science degree at the University of Manitoba. After her undergrad, she continued her education at the Illinois College of Optometry and has lived in Chicago ever since!
During her time at ICO, Dr. Klein completed her clinical rotations at the IllinoisEye Institute, the West Palm Beach Veterans Hospital and private surgical practices in both Lexington, Kentucky and Oak Park, Illinois.

In addition, Dr. Klein enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants in the city, traveling and spending time with family.

Dr. Austin Gregory
Dr. Gregory grew up on the central coast of California and earned his undergraduate degree in human biology at the University of California, San Diego. He then graduated from the UC Berkeley College of Optometry, where he developed a special interest in pediatric care and ocular disease management. His clinical training included rotations at the VA Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, and the Castle Family Health Center in Atwater, California.
Dr. Gregory is passionate about providing exceptional eye care to everyone in need. He has worked and volunteered for several non-profit programs aimed at providing eye exams to traditionally under served populations. He loves working in Evanston and getting the opportunity to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Away from the office, he enjoys playing basketball and golf, attending White Sox baseball games, and spending time with his wife and young son.
