Dr. Casey Crumbliss

Dr. Casey Crumbliss grew up in Arkansas City, Kansas, and attended Northeastern State University in Talequah, Oklahoma. He earned his doctor of optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Why did you open CustomEyes?

"I grew up in a small town where relationships with customers were such an important part of local business. I love Wrigleyville, its people and the shops that line Southport. I felt that my commitment to customers would be a great fit in this area."

Dr. Michael Sculley

Dr. Michael Sculley grew up just north of New York City in Newburgh, New York. He attended the University of Vermont in Burlington and earned his doctor of optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Why did you open CustomEyes?

"After working as an assistant to the Chief of Ophthalmology at the University of Chicago, I decided I wanted to provide the same level of care but in an upscale boutique setting."

Dr. Meghan Geiger

Dr. Meghan Geiger is a native of upstate New York, but has lived in the midwest for most of her life. In 1998, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in biochemistry from Bowdoin College in Maine. After doing scientific research at Johns Hopkins and Harvard, she attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

At OSU she participated in pediatric vision research and various volunteer and student leadership organizations. Meghan completed clinical rotations in family practice in Sandusky, Ohio and ocluar disease in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated with honors from Ohio State in 2003 and then moved to Chicago in July of 2003.

Since moving to Chicago, Dr. Geiger has worked in private ophthalmology and optometric offices. Meghan joined CustomEyes Roscoe Village in October of 2005 shortly before becoming a Roscoe Village resident herself. She specializes in contact lens and pediatric care.
